These general sales conditions apply to all sales of products through the website www.alteide.com.
The available languages for purchase are: Spanish, English, Italian. The Customer is required to read carefully the General Terms and Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site in order to allow the Customer to store and play them.

Product Information
The property Products information is available with the relevant product codes on the site. All Alteide products are handmade in Tenerife. For this reason, all the differences between the products give uniqueness to the above products.
Product Price
Product prices include all taxes and duties. All prices are in Euros.
Order of products
The essential characteristics and product prices are listed in the offer for each product. In order to purchase the products, the Customer must fill in and send to Alteide the order form in electronic form, following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer will have to place the Product in the "shopping cart" and after having read the Terms Generals, with particular reference to the contribution for delivery charges and how to exercise the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy, must select the payment method (PayPal, Mark or Bank Transfer) and choose the option "order confirmation" . Upon delivery of the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and accepts the General Terms in its entirety. The Customer will have the opportunity to view and follow the status of his order through the "My Account" area accessible through "Login".

Confirm receipt of the order
Customer receives, at the time of execution of the contract, by email, the confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer.
Shipping and delivery
Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer by express courier DHL. Alteide issues a tax receipt / invoice of the goods shipped. The information provided by the Customer on the order is credited to the invoice. No change in invoice will be possible after issuing the same. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly indicated on the Site and in the Order Form. Shipping costs are: - 3,9 €, taxes included All purchases will be delivered by DHL courier, with Express service and without delivery notice, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Alteid is not responsible for unpredictable delays. Alteide will update the status of your order on your site, including the shipping status. Shipments and deliveries are made within 24 hours of completing the order by 12 noon (view geographic areas). For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or a person in charge of the address of the recipient indicated in the order is required. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is stated in the shipping document and that the package is intact or not altered. Any damage to the Package and / or the Products or the failure to match the number of packages must be immediately disputed by means of a written checkout on the courier delivery proof. Once the Corriere document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to challenge any of the external features of the parcel delivered.
Missing customer
If for reasons unrelated to our will you were rendered unavailable at the time of delivery, you can contact the courier office of your city and agree to a subsequent delivery or pick up at the courier location. Alteid is not economically responsible for the parcels left in stock at the Corriere.
